That was a really nice day,,,flat calm,just a lazy swell out of the south…Anchoring was easy compared to yesterday..It sounded like they had a tough day yesterday,,Could not keep the boat still..Made for a tough day…Today we didnt have that problem..Boat sat like a duck…..We had good life,,plenty of perch eating the baits…but the blackfish were not that commited…We caught some fish just not as good as I would like,,,pool fish was nice at 10 and a half pounds,,,,some other nice fish we busted off to that seemed to be bigger…High hooks had 2-3 keepers,,,some none..or just shorts….Either way a great day out there,,,with great people….Even got to see a whale on the way home……Tomorrow is canceled..Gale warning is up and its gonna be a nasty day….So stay home,,Monday is the day to fish again,,and the week looks good…So see ya Monday morning..
