Much nicer day today,,ocean was calm…A small swell was all we had to deal with…..We went offshore today a little further and deeper to look for some bigger fish,,,and we did find some…Pool fish was up at 10lbs….Had some others in the 6-7lb range to…We just did not have alot of keepers today…But still good life on the bottom with plenty of perch bites,,,and lots of eels to keep you busy…So in the end some quality like we look for this time of year,,,just not quantity…..Todays pool fish was not in the seasonal pool again,,,Surprising this year how the biggest fish the guys not in the seasonal but oh welll…Good for everyone else…Its wide open,,and we have 5 more weeks to get jumbos….And they are out there…Gotta fish to have a chance so come on down!! Tomorrow looks good! and we are fishing!
